We are now back at home in Newcastle, and back to work. We had a great time in India and, as for feedback, we were very happy with the service you provided and the itinerary you organised. The driver, Ratheesh Kumar, was very professional, punctual, safe, helpful and went out of his way to help us with all sorts of needs that we had, for example sending some packages via DHL to Mumbai. He also had a good knowledge of English and local culture and geography so was very informative. The itinerary was very good. It was not too rushed, and included many interesting places in the reduced time we had available. We particularly liked Munnar, and the national parks, and the elephant ride at Thekkaddy and the house boat. The Ayurvedic treatments and yoga at Kovalum were very good. All the tour guides in the cultural tours of Kochi, Munnar tea factory, and the Thekkady spice plantation were helpful and informative. The tour guide in Kochi was particularly knowledgeable, informative and able to engage in intellectual discussion about religion and social issues. The houseboat was excellent, relaxing and the food served on board was very good. Your service was very efficient and helpful, and you were able to respond very quickly and flexibly to all our requests. Thank you for your excellent and prompt attention to detail and the wonderful itinerary. We would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to friends and colleagues.

On behalf of my family we really want to thank you very very much for arranging such a memorable trip for us. We had an exhilarating and awesome time – sometimes wish it never ended. The arrangements were superb and the timing spot on. The kids had a fantastic time in the snow and are yearning for more considering the blistering heat in Joburg now. A truly memorable trip from the beach in Goa to the snow capped mountain tops in Shimla - Wow!!! The boat ride on the Ganges was certainly a moving experience, no pun intended. Ever so often while on tour I’d read one of your Whatsapp updates to all which made everyone feel so safe and relaxed. They got so used to it that my niece last week asked “Mosie, any updates from Dipesh”. Thank you very much for the complimentary dinner. We really didn’t expect it but were humbled by the gesture and thoroughly enjoyed the food and Bantu Gupta’s hospitality at Kesar. The road trips were lots of fun too and we particularly enjoyed the Happy Tours Tempo - Happy Singh and Raj were really great guys too. The kids talk about them all the time. All in all we were very impressed with Kesari Tours services and will definitely recommend your services to our friends and family. You have a great team/network and we wish your’ll every success.

We were very impressed with your professionalism and all the checks you had in place to ensure our safety and also ensuring that the trip goes as per plan. The hotels were all very good and the people at every hotel were very courteous. Food was also very good everywhere. The driver, Prahlad Singh, is a very nice person. He was also always very responsible and accommodating. I never felt unsafe with him, which was my original worry with 2 girls with me. He is definitely to be recommended again. Overall we had a great time. Gajner palace was the highlight of our trip. It is a beautiful place and I don't regret cutting out Mandawa in the end. The kids loved Rajasthan and were very impressed by some palaces. They definitely loved the camel ride and the elephant ride . One of them wants an elephant ride on her wedding day .
