Day 1 : MumbaiArrive at Mumbai International Airport. Transfer and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 2 : Mumbai – Pune ( Approx 180 kms / 4hrs )Today proceed to Pune. Enjoy your jouney to Pune while you will be surrounded by lush greenery. Enroute stop at Khandala or Lonavala to enjoy pleasant and calm atmosphere. Also one can buy varieties chikki, speciality of Lonavala. Arrive in Pune and check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Pune.
Day 3 : Pune – City Sightseeing Today proceed for Pune city sightseeing visiting the official residence of great Peshvas –“Shanivar Wada” & “Lal Mahal”(drive past). Followed by visit to the famous Ganpati of Dagdusheth Halwai. Later visit “Raja Kelkar Museum”-famous for being the largest one-man collection of various artifacts. In the evening visit Saras Baug-A beautiful landscaped garden built by the Peshwas. Drve back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Pune.
Day 4 : Pune – Aurangabad ( Approx 28o kms / 7 hrs )Today proceed to Aurangabad. On arrival,check in to your hotel. You have the rest of the day at leisure to explore this beautiful city on your own. Overnight stay in Aurangabad.
Day 5 : Aurangabad – Ajanta – Aurangabad ( Approx 120 kms / 3 hrs one way )Today proceed for a full day excursion to Ajanta - A world famous site where one can find the most beautiful paintings and sculptures. Enroute you can shop for the famous Himroo Shawls and Paithani Saris. Overnight stay in Aurangabad.
Day 6 : Aurangabad – Nasik - ( Approx 220 kms / 51/2 hrs )Today early morning proceed to Nashik. On arrival check in to your hotel. Later proceed to visit the famous Kalaram Temple, Godavari Ghat, Ramkunda and Sita Gumpha. In the evening visit Dadasaheb Phalake Memorial to learn more about the father of Indian cinemas. Come back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Nashik. Optional : Enroute one can visit Shirdi – famous for the association with the Saint Shri Sai Baba.
Day 7 : Nasik – Mumbai ( Approx 180 kms / 4 hrs )Today proceed to Mumbai. On arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Mumbai.Optional : One can enjoy a half day Bollywood Tour with a visit to a film shooting set. On tour you will get to know about the history of Indian Cinemas and also technical and creative art of film making in India.
Day 8 : Mumbai Elephanta Caves & Sightseeing Today morning head to Gateway of India to board a ferry boat transfer to the Island of Elephanta. Visit this green island for the wonders of the 7 th century rock cut cave temple, dedicated to Shiva. After this half day excursion come back to Gateway of India and proceed for a city sightseeing visiting Manibhavan – Mahatma Gandhi memorial museum which includes biography, letters, quotations, library, photographs, and artifacts. Later proceed to visit Haji Ali Mosque (subject to tidal conditions) and mahalaxmi Temple. Haji Ali Mosque is situated in the middle of the Arabian See. Drive back to your hotel. Overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 9 : Mumbai – Hometown Today proceed to Mumbai Airport to board the flight to your hometown or next destination with fond memories to cherish for a lifetime.
