Day 1 : CochinWelcome to India. Arrive at Cochin Airport and proceed for your transfer to the hotel. Later enjoy sightseeing of Cochin with visit to The Dutch Palace, The Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and the most famous Chinese Fishing Nets. Later proceed to Fort Cochin area where you can walk through the historical Dutch and Portuguese buildings. Overnight in Cochin.Optional : In the evening one can enjoy Kathakali- A traditional South Indian dance performance.
Day 2 : Cochin – Munnar (Approximate 130 km / 3 hrs by road)This morning proceed to the lush green hills of Munnar – A hill station known for its tea estates. On arrival in Munnar check in to your hotel. Overnight in Munnar.Optional : You can enjoy a visit to Kullukumalai Tea Factory.
Day 3 : Munnar - SightseeingEnjoy local sightseeing in Munnar. Visit the beautiful Mattupetty lake and dam, Tea plantations, Echo point. Enjoy boating in Mattupetty lake. Evening is free for shopping and other leisure activities. Overnight in Munnar
Day 4 : Munnar – Thekkady (Approximate 127 km / 3 hrs by road)Today continue your journey from Munnar to Thekkady known for Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary. On arrival check in to hotel. Evening is free for leisure and shopping at Kumily spice village. Overnight in Thekkady.
Day 5 : Thekkady (Periyar)Enjoy your visit to Periyar Wild Life Sanctuary. Enjoy boating in Periyar lake or Try an Elephant Safari, you could spot a family of Elephants, Wild Boar or Sambar Deer by the water's edge Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Thekkaddy.
Day 6 : Thekkady – Kumarakom (Approximate 190 km / 4 hrs by road)Proceed to Kumarakom,the backwater region of Kerala. Upon arrival check in to hotel. Later visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Afternoon is free to relax at the lake side. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight in Kumarakom.
Day 7 : Kumarakom – Alleppey (Approx 56 kms / 1 hr)Continue your journey to Alleppey,the tranquil backwater destination of Kerala. On arrival, check in to your houseboat/hotel. Later enjoy a memorable day on the enchanting backwaters in a houseboat and explore its breathtakingly beautiful surroundings and the fascinating Kerala countryside. Overnight stay in Alleppey.
Day 8 : Alleppey – Kovalam (Approx 170 kms / 3 hrs)Today morning disembark the houseboat / check out from hotel and the drive to Kovalam. On arrival check in to your hotel. Rest of the day is free to relax on the beach. The day is free to enjoy various activities and the blue waters of Arabian Sea and white sandy beach. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 9 : Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam (Approximate 91 km one way / 2 hrs by road)Enjoy your visit Kanyakumari – the land's end of India. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Cape Comorin,where three seas meet. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial. Also enjoy the beautiful sunset from Gandhi Mandapam. Drive back to Kovalam. Overnight stay in Kovalam.
Day 10 : Kovalam – Trivandrum – Kovalam (Approximate 16 km one way / 30 min by road)Today proceed to Trivandrum for a city tour. Visit Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum and Chitra Art Gallery. Drive back to Kovalam. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Kovalam
Day 11 : Kovalam – Trivandrum AirportToday proceed to Trivandrum airport to board the flight to your hometown or onward destination with fond memories to cherish for a lifetime.
