Day 1 : DelhiOn arrival, proceed to hotel. Check in at hotel. Free time to relaxation. OvernighT stay in Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi – City TourToday proceed for the full day tour of Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi was an ancient walled city. Here you will see Red Fort, the most opulent Fort and Palace of the Mughal Empire. Its main gate (Lahore Gate) faces Chandni Chowk, the perpetually congested avenue heading west from the Red Fort, is filled with twisting lanes, small streets and crowded bazaars. Also visit Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi; Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India; and Chandni Chowk, the bustling and colorful market of the old city. In New Delhi, You will visit two monuments from Delhi's past - Humayun's Tomb and Qutub Minar. Your drive takes you along the ceremonial avenue, Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate and Parliament House, Lotus Temple. Also visit the Akshardham Temple known as the largest Hindu Temple Complex in India . Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3 : Delhi – Varanasi ( Flight )Today morning transfer to airport to board the flight for Varanasi. On arrival transfer and check in at hotel. In the afternoon visit Sarnath and in evening witness the Arti Ceremony at River Ganges. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 4 : Varanasi – Bodhgaya (approx 250 kms / 7 hrs )Today morning enjoy boat cruise on river Ganges. Later in the afternoon leave for Bodhgaya. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
Day 5 : BodhgayaToday proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Temple and Monasteries in Bodhgaya built by Buddhists from around the world. Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
Day 6 : Bodhgaya – Patna (approx 120 kms/ 3 hrs)Today morning leave for Patna enroute visit Rajgir. Also visit Nalanda which is famous for one of the oldest university in India. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Patna.
Day 7 : Patna – Kushinagar (approx 230 kms/ 7 hrs)Today leave for memorial site of Kushinagar by road enroute visiting Vaishali, where the Buddha delivered his last sermon. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Kushinagar.
Day 8 : Kushinagar – Lumbini (approx 161 kms/ 5 hrs)Today visit Mahanirvana Temple, the modern Japan/Srilanka Buddhist center & monasteries, then proceed to Lumbini. Overnight stay in Lumbini.
Day 9 : Lumbini – Kapilvastu – Sravasti (approx 147 kms/ 5 hrs)Today morning visit Ashoka's pillar (249 BC), a temple of Maya Devi, the ruins of an old monastery and some new stupas, then in the afternoon proceed to Sravasti where you will see the extensive ruins of this ancient city & Jetavana Monastery. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay in Sravasti.
Day 10 : Sravasti – Lucknow (approx 134 kms/ 3.5 hrs) - Lucknow – Delhi (Flight)Today transfer to airport to board the flight for Delhi. On arrival transfer and check in at hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 11 : Delhi Airport – Hometown/Next DestinationToday proceed to the Delhi airport to board the flight to your next destination or hometown with fond memories to cherish for a lifetime!
